Preheat Oven: 400°F – 204°C
Makes 1 – 8” Round Loaf
3 | c. | Whole Wheat Flour | 750 | ml |
1 | tbsp | Baking Powder | 15 | ml |
½ | tsp | Salt | 2.5 | ml |
1 | tbsp | Sugar | 15 | ml |
1½ | c. | Water | 375 | ml |
¼ | c. | Oil | 60 | ml |
1 | tsp | Oregano Powder – Optional | 5 | ml |
1 | tsp | Sesame Seeds – Optional | 5 | ml |
Mix first 4 ingredients (dry) very well in a medium mixing bowl.
Add Water and Oil.
Stir just until all the dry ingredients are moistened.
Lightly grease, not oil, a cookie sheet.
Place sticky dough onto prepared pan and form into a rough ball.
Sprinkle Oregano and/or Sesame Seeds over the top of the loaf if desired.
Bake loaf at 400°F – 204°C for 40 minutes.
